Living Is So Big continues to touch lives in a positive way.
Begin your new journey. Follow the path of uplifting and satisfying moments. While doing so, acknowledge and make the realization of the goodness already within you and surrounding you. Maintain a consistent flow to energize yourself every day of every moment. Each individual will have their set strengths and weaknesses per Living Realization. - Jesus Agudo
The Eight Living Realizations (ELR) are categories in which all reasons to live for fall into. No matter what you think of as a reason, it will automatically fall into place as one of the eight.
- Christopher Agudo
Living Is So Big® empowers, encourages, and inspires everyone to more actively appreciate life and everything that surrounds it. We are making a difference in today's children, teens, adults, and elders by reminding everyone that "if you have a heartbeat you have a purpose".
We are touring the United States to reach people with the desire to effect a positive change in their lives. To date, we have traveled over 50,000 miles and have visited 60+ cities. We go to high schools, universities, businesses, stores, and events telling people about The Power of Life Appreciation.
Each one of us has the power to change ourselves and the world.
Help us spread Life Appreciation throughout the world. Together we can make someone’s day a little better. And whether we reach one individual or billions, a smile created is beyond priceless. Your reason may just save a life!

Letter... Really Appreciate
|
|
Dear Living Is So Big,
I really appreciate the fact that you guys came to speak to us. I just have to say that, In my opinion, your family deserves a lot of respect. It takes time and kindness to be doing what you guys do. I really like the way you guys expressed yourself. Your speech was one of the best speeches I have ever heard.
Thanks for the wristband, it's really cute and hot pink. <3 <3 Well, thanks to you guys, today was a good and excellent day for me. It was good and excellent because as you guys said, "If you want to be Happy, you will be happy. If you want to have a Good day, you going to have a good day." ...

LIVING IS SO BIG... It Gets Better
|

Anonymous wrote "Why do people choose to be miserable most of the time. Yes, we live in a world that has misery. But, guess what? There is satisfaction in this world as well. I guess that no matter what we all go through, we must believe that it does get better. Nothing lasts forever, not even misery.
I have come to the conclusion that we choose our reality. Wake up people and begin to choose a better reality. Why? Because... IT GETS BETTER!!! Get it? "

LIVING IS SO BIG... One Million Acts of Kindess
|
|
Anonymous wrote "One Million Acts Of Kindness is a goal. A goal for each person to individually perform One Million Acts Of Kindness in their life. Can you imagine a greater goal for one’s life? It is a constant mind-set of kindness every day of your life for the next fifty-five years. Doing for others and kindness in your heart for everyone. It is my wish that you will dedicate your life to a charity… finding the passion in your heart for something or someone in need.
As a father of three college age kids I am concerned for the world in which all kids will live. A great way to create a safer, more caring world is for everyone to start their lifetime goal of One Million Acts Of Kindness. So I bought a bus, had about sixty family members, friends and neighbors help paint it and began a ten year journey with my Boston Terrier, Bogart, to college campuses across the country hoping to convince as many of you as possible about this much needed movement for this world. I love you guys too much to sit back and not do anything about this. Let’s start a kindness movement in this country today to change the direction this world is headed!! You are the change that this world needs.

Letter... Car Wash
|
|
Dear Living Is So Big,
Hi! You don't know me, but you stopped a visited a fundraiser at a carwash a few months back and gave everyone hugs. My spouse was there and brought me home one of your bracelets. He said he met the coolest family and showed me a picture you took with them.
Little did anyone know that I was contemplating suicide. For me it was like a sign. What are the chances that your spouse walks in with a bracelet that is meant to remind you to live your lifeand don't give up?
Years of going to the therapist, this bracelet and your cause has touched me and changed my mind about life. The doctors never once told me living is so big. I didn't need a band aid, I needed a human being to tell me all the wonderful reasons to live. ...

Letter... Broken Rock
|
|
Dear Living Is So Big,
Every since your presentation, I can honestly say that I now see life in a different way. I can relate to Christopher's story because there was a point in my life where I was depressed and felt as if I was alive for no reason. I tried to end my life on multiple occasions.
When you guys called us up to get our LISB wristbands and our rocks, there was something "unique" about my rock. It was broken, and when my teacher and Iliana saw that I grabbed that rock they were surprised.
Mrs. Agudo gave me a hug because she said, that rock in particular will go to someone special. When I sat back down at my desk, I felt like crying because in all reality that rock in a way is a symbol of everything I have been through in life. ...

LIVING IS SO BIG... Dear YOU
|
|
Dear YOU,
Life has begun to be unappreciated. Why? Because, of all the clutter, distractions and more than ever, negativity that exists today. My son fell into this negative cascade three years ago. It nearly cost him his life and this is just one person. With 7 billion plus on this planet the shift of Life Appreciation is not in our favor.
Over worked, stressed, depressed, addiction, technology, bills, basically today’s reality. Many have forgotten to make the realization of what truly uplifts and satisfies oneself in today’s times.
It’s never too late! Life can once again be appreciated.
I write this so that you the reader can begin to make the realization. Once you have, simply pay it forward as I am to you.
Best Regards.

LIVING IS SO BIG... THE RECIPE FOR HAPPINESS
|
|
Anonymous wrote "
Happiness is like a major ingredient in a recipe; in that; there's no substitute for it. It would be like making a batch of cookies and forgetting to put in the sugar; they just wouldn't taste right.
When you're full of joy; you want to help others experience it too. When you feel good; you're inspired to do good. Your own 'bliss' naturally flows outward from you and benefits others; just as you receive the positive emotions of others. Happiness connects you to others as you lift them up through sharing your joy; it's infectious.
When I figured out that my cheerful nature benefits others as well as me; I started to allow myself to act this way more often; making a conscious choice to create joy every day. Whenever I felt upset; I'd remind myself that joy is a far better, more powerful emotion, and I switched into feeling it. Then I would savor that feeling by appreciating and growing.

We all have problems... BY Chris Agudo
|
|
I have literally met more than a hundred thousand people throughout my life and one thing I have concluded is that, we all have problems. The many faces, personalities, people.....Everyone has problems, I see it in everyone. Yet, no matter what problems you have, someone has it worse than you, and despite you having problems, you can overcome them and become the boss of your own life, as it should be.
Don't make excuses anymore. Stop being negative (if you are) and be more positive. It feels good (trust me) ... Sure sometimes, we get down to a low point in our life, for whatever reason, but, what counts is recognizing where you are and getting back up and moving onward. Why? Because Living Is So Big. And I'll leave it at that. Don't be sad, you deserve to be happy, so do it! =)

Living is So Big...Water

As I was very tired from work last week, taking a break outside. I walked next door and purchased a bottle of water at the grocery store. It was so refreshing and crisp and I thought instantly about how grateful I was for water. That is why in the Living is So Big Water picture I decided to draw an elegant and fun water bottle, showing my appreciation for Nature's nectar.

Living Is So Big... Inspiration for "Mom" image

LIVING IS SO BIG... living love
|
|
Anonymous wrote "My name is Suz but many people know me as Fuzz Bomb. Everything I create , everything I touch and everyone I am blessed to meet ends up being far softer and more loving. I live through love. I speak love. I am love. And as my inner world becomes more loving, the outer world responds in kind.
My story is far longer than this space will allow. There have been so many circumstances that others have called negative, overwhelming, challenging and unfair. In the midst of dis-ease and pain, I have found a few simple truths that my heart prompts me to share.
I do the best I can with what I have. And that is enough. Multiple Sclerosis has limited my energy. So I have learned to use the time I have to focus on love. I focus on what is in front of me and I choose to use my energy wisely. Love is never wasted. Even the most angry person is affected. It may not change their actions but my responses change my experience. Sometimes I am called to plant seeds that I am not to see grow. Planting loving thoughts is enough.
And one more thing for now... and this one I'm still working on accepting... "

HI...

Now, I have known Chris since the third grade and we used to always hanging out together. No matter what was going on, he was always my Best friend. After not seeing him for so many years, all of a sudden we reconnected after not talking to him after for 8 years or so.
I reached his website and read his story. I just realized that Living is sooooo huge!!! After 8 years of Faith knowing that ONE Day we would see each other again. IT HAPPENED. The Power of Faith leads US to magical happenings .... I'm thankful for still having my Best friend and Brother!!!!!

Living Is So Big... Together
|
|
meganlaughs wrote "Today I finished a memoir for my school. I wrote about the moment I learned about my friend committing suicide and the moments after. It was really hard for me, but he inspires me. The life he lived, his faith in God, the happiness he gave me, and the friendship he shared to me.
The first night I met him we went and saw a movie together. The second night we went and sang karaoke with another couple. We got up to sing 'Eye of the Tiger.' Now that song is sacred to me. Now looking back on the lyrics - they touch my heart. They read, "Risin' up, back on the street. Did my time, took my changes. Went the distance now I'm back on my feet. Just a man and his will to survive." Those memories just make me smile. He just makes me smile. He's such a great person. And I know more than anything I'll see him again. I just really, really miss him.
So writing my paper was kinda hard and I shed a few times thinking back on the pain and losing him. Even through I remembered the pain, I also remembered everything I have learned from Nathan and this whole new chapter in my life. I have learned that with friendship, with people coming together so many great things can come. That together we can make magic happen in this world. I ended my paper with the following.
"It will be one year on May 12, 2013 that I lost Nathan. That day will be hard. I will recall those tears and those pains. But most importantly I will remember the life that Nathan led. His friendship is remembered daily, our laughs, our jokes, the fun times – I remember those all the time. Nathan taught me to...
